We use high-pressure processing (HPP).
How it works: juices and shots enter a sizable machine which is engineered to introduce very high pressure and cold temperature, with zero preservatives or additives. This results in the shelf life being extended - while maintaining the majority of the nutritional content, taste, and vibrancy of color.
